- Agreement to Terms
By enrolling in any course or program offered by Legacy Training Institute (“Institute”), you (“Student”) agree to be legally bound by this Student Enrollment Agreement.
Legacy Training Institute is a ministry of Winters Ministries, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
Enrollment constitutes acceptance of:
- This Enrollment Agreement
- The Student Code of Conduct
- The Terms & Conditions
- The Refund Policy
- The Statement of Faith
- Nature of Program
The Institute provides biblical education and ministry training.
Enrollment does NOT:
- Guarantee ordination
- Guarantee employment
- Guarantee ministry success
- Create a professional licensing credential unless specifically stated
Completion of coursework does not guarantee certification unless all academic requirements are fulfilled.
- Tuition & Payment Obligations
All tuition payments are due according to the selected payment option.
Payments are processed through:
- Stripe
- PayPal
By enrolling, Student agrees:
- To provide accurate billing information
- To complete all scheduled payments under any payment plan
- Not to initiate improper chargebacks
Failure to complete payment obligations may result in:
- Suspension of access
- Termination from the program
- Collection efforts if applicable
- Refund Policy
Because enrollment provides immediate access to digital curriculum, resources, and instruction:
All tuition payments are non-refundable once access is granted, unless otherwise stated in writing.
If a payment plan is selected, Student remains responsible for full payment of tuition regardless of course completion or withdrawal.
Exceptions may be granted at the sole discretion of the Institute.
- Intellectual Property & Limited License
All course materials are the intellectual property of Winters Ministries, Inc.
Enrollment grants a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal educational use only.
Student may NOT:
- Copy or redistribute materials
- Share login credentials
- Record classes without permission
- Create derivative works
- Use materials to create competing programs
- Publish or sell Institute content
Violation may result in termination and legal action.
- Online Platform & Technology
The Institute is not responsible for:
- Student internet connectivity
- Device compatibility issues
- Third-party platform outages
Reasonable technical support will be provided when possible.
- Code of Conduct
Student agrees to abide by the Student Code of Conduct, including:
- Christlike behavior
- Academic honesty
- Respectful communication
- Doctrinal integrity
The Institute reserves the right to dismiss any student for conduct inconsistent with its mission.
Dismissal for disciplinary reasons does not entitle Student to a refund.
- Assumption of Risk
Student understands that biblical instruction may include:
- Spiritual topics
- Doctrinal discussion
- Scriptural correction
- Personal application
Student voluntarily participates and assumes responsibility for their spiritual and personal growth decisions.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Winters Ministries, Inc. and Legacy Training Institute shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Ministry outcomes
- Business loss
- Personal ministry results
Total liability shall not exceed the tuition amount paid.
- Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first be addressed through informal resolution by contacting:
info@legacytraininginstitute.org
If necessary, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
- Non-Disparagement
Student agrees not to publicly defame, misrepresent, or intentionally damage the reputation of the Institute or Winters Ministries, Inc.
Constructive concerns should be addressed directly with administration.
- Modification of Agreement
The Institute reserves the right to update policies as necessary. Continued enrollment constitutes acceptance of updates.
- Acknowledgment
By enrolling, Student affirms:
- I have read this Enrollment Agreement.
- I understand the refund policy.
- I understand payment obligations.
- I agree to abide by the Student Code of Conduct.
- I understand course materials are protected intellectual property.
